We now have 2 self serve kiosks located at the ticket counter, so if you purchase tickets online and get here and do not want to wait in line to redeem your tickets, you can do it yourself. Follow the instructions on the screen to pick up tickets. You MUST have the confirmation code to scan for tickets. The “print at home ticket” is NOT your ticket. You must redeem them here. Purchasing online will guarantee your seat in the theater, but that is all. All seating is first come, first serve. The best advice we can offer is to come EARLY. Especially if you are coming with a large group, so you can pick seats together. We will only sell tickets based on seats per theater. We do not refund for sold out shows.
